Duane is originally from Louisiana, but raised in Texas where soul was infused in his music, Duane started playing at the age of 12. His first influences were Elvis, Waylon, and Merle Haggard.  He is inspired by a wide variety of music depending on the moment from Bob Marley, John Denver, and Johnny Cash to Bob Seger, Stevie Ray, and Matchbox 20.  Prior to establishing the Blue Moon Band, Duane has entertained audiences for over 30 years building quite a following with his unique voice.

Mike has been passionate about playing guitar since he was 9 and was influenced early on by artists from the 50s like Elvis, Chuck Berry, Bill Haley and the Comets, and others. Over time though, his realm of influences expanded to include heavier acts such as: Led Zeppelin, Ozzy, Metallica, and other 80’s metal Bands. Mike also went through a lighter period recognizing the virtuosity of guys like Stanley Jordan, Preston Reed, Jorma Koukanen, Woody Mann, Blind Blake, Rev Gary Davis and other jazz and acoustic players. Currently Mike delves into many of the recognized blues greats such as Stevie Ray Vaughn, Jimi Hendrix, Billy Gibbons, as well as some classic alternative and current mainstream acts.

Paul has been playing guitar, bass and drums since 1979. Over the years, Paul has worked with many different bands on live and studio projects in both Southern California and North Texas. Paul is also an experienced sound technician, having directed the sound ministry at his church in California for 8 years.

While Paul enjoys playing many different styles of music, he would consider himself a true "metal head", his iPod being loaded with Metallica, Iron Maiden, Motley Crue among others. Paul also performs with The Velvet Kings.

Collin has been drumming and performing live since 1984, he originally wanted to play keyboards, but a twist of fate landed him in a High School drum-line, and he hasn’t looked back since. His influences include Ed Toth (Vertical Horizon / Doobie Bros.) and Joey Barnes (Daughtry) among many others.
